Resident numbers in Cathays

In Cathays we have a thriving level of residents from all age ranges. This page will develop over time to define a better demographic representation of your district of Cathays.

THIS IS NOT FINAL ACCOUNT PER STREET – RATHER WHO I HAVE FOUND LIVING HERE IN CATHAYS SO FAR !!!!

For now – we are showing the resident density levels by streets (alphabetically) and overall percentage per street. I can’t express in words how much it surprises me how many people are moving into the area each time a newsletter goes out.

So far – 1,122 families (and counting)!!!

It may possibly be 1,250 to 1,200 families living in Cathays !! This page has been designed for several reasons – namely to make you aware of how many neighbours you have, and secondly the data can help local voluntary bodies/businesses/services reach out to you!

We are actively revising the numbers each time we distribute the newsletter and find more families/residents as we go along! If you think our data is way off on your street - please contact us and correct us!

This information has been produced to stop the negative assumption that Cathays is some sort of ghost town in the summer – there are hundreds of families (the newsletter goes to 800 families – not including city centre which is part of Cathays) and the more neighbours we find in the future we will revise the information per street.
