Friends of Cathays Cemetery

Friends of Cathays Cemetery

Friends of Cathays Cemetery is an amazing voluntary group who were set up with the aim of supporting maintaining the Cathays Cemetery site, share it’s history with the public and raise awareness of its importance through the public lectures it supports.

Cathays Cemetery was established in 1859 and apparently one of the largest existing cemeteries in all of the UK. For those who have not visited before you can locate the cemetery here.
